AdkAction’s Pollinator Project is offering sponsorship opportunities for the second annual Adirondack Pollinator Festival on June 1st, 9:00AM–3:00PM at the scenic Uihlein Farm Greenhouse in Lake Placid, at 281 Bear Cub Road. Last year over 200 people of all ages attended the inaugural festival.
This year’s festival will feature:
- The Pollinator Project’s Native Plant Sale, which will offer 15 varieties of pollinator-friendly plants for both pre-sale and on-site sales. Last year over 1,700 plants were bought at the sale.
- Free Pollinator-Themed Activities for Kids like making seed bombs, pollinator face painting, learning to “drink like a butterfly” and more.
- Expert gardeners on hand to answer planting and plant care questions.
- Guided Grassland Walk with Ray Curran
You can bee a part of this growing event by becoming an event sponsor at one of the following levels:
$1000 – Pollinator Champion
- Large Logo on flyers/posters (if submitted by April 15)
- Large Logo on event website and on-site signage
- Special thanks in standalone social media post
- Special thanks in emailed pre-festival newsletter to 4,000 subscribers
- Opportunity to table at the Pollinator Festival. May also sell products if approved by festival organizers
$500 – Monarch

$250 – Hummingbird
- Listed on event website and on-site signage

Donations of pollinator-related products, gardening supplies, food and beverage, or other in-kind donations may be considered for sponsorships up to the $500 level.
