Plein Air Painting

IMG_0639

Forty talented professional artists will paint the scenery in the greater Keeseville area the week of the festival and show their work during our Special Preview party on Friday, July 23rd from 6-9 pm complete with a wine and cheese reception. A Plein Air Brunch will be held the morning of July 24th. Show and Sale on Saturday, July 24th and Sunday, July 25th.

Community Mural

A new mural will be installed in collaboration with Outside Art and will provide community members with the opportunity to participate in creating a large scale public art that celebrates the many cherished natural and built elements of Keeseville. The repeating arch design motif is a nod to the hamlet’s famous historic bridges and frames the design, centered on the theme, “What Brings us Together.”

Youth Art Contest

Open to all K-12 Students in the area. Finalists’ artwork will be displayed at the Festival, where you can cast your vote for the winning artwork! Prizes will be awarded according to age category (Elementary, Middle, High) and will include art supplies and gift certificates for ice cream. Learn more here and enter by July 16!
