Bylaws
AdkAction.org, inc. is organized as a New York not-for-profit corporation. Application is pending with the IRS for 501c3 status, which if granted should be retroactive to the beginning of 2011.

Financial Reporting
AdkAction.org, Inc. registered as a New York Corporation in early 2011 and has made application for tax-exempt 501c3 status which will make member contributions tax deductible.
Because we recently incorporated in January 2011, financial reports will be posted in 2012 when our first tax returns are filed.
New York State Charities Bureau
The Attorney General's Charities Bureau is responsible for supervising charitable organizations to protect donors and beneficiaries of those charities from unscrupulous practices in the solicitation and management of charitable assets.
